This Obama parody is from Glenn Beck. The music is the National Anthem of the former Soviet Union, Gimn Sovetskogo Soyuza, as well the current Russian Federation, Gosudarstvenny Gimn Rossiyskoy Federatsii. The lyrics are, um, different.
